Whether it’s walking, cycling, swimming, playing sports, gardening, or simply getting outside and moving, every activity counts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ParticipACTION is a wonderful reminder that staying active benefits our physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life. Richmond residents have always embraced active living, and I know our community is ready to rise to the challenge once again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I encourage everyone to get involved, stay active, and help show the rest of Canada what Richmond can accomplish when we work together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
