Andy Hobbs
Andy Hobbs is a lifelong Richmond resident, a retired Vancouver Police Superintendent, and a current Richmond City Councillor with decades of experience in public safety, leadership, and community service. He is committed to safe neighbourhoods, responsible financial management and thoughtful growth that protects Richmond’s quality of life. Andy is seeking re-election to continue providing experienced, practical leadership for Richmond residents.
Mike Gill
Mike Gill is a lifelong Richmond resident, healthcare professional, small-business owner and dedicated community volunteer. As a father of four and longtime youth sports coach, he understands the everyday challenges facing Richmond families, seniors and local businesses. Mike is committed to practical, community-focused leadership that supports safe neighbourhoods, responsible growth and a strong local economy.
